Responsibilities:
Meet or exceed sales goals via effective territory management. Lead a team of 7 – 8 Regional Sales Managers by means of active coaching and development. Oversee monthly goal setting of the team as well as the strategies used to grow revenue. Demonstrate software solutions at the end-user level as well as the channel partner level. Drive the CRM process to manage the business and measure results. Conduct quarterly joint sales calls with team members. Manage key distribution accounts. Prepare sales forecasts on a quarterly and annual basis. Develop policies and procedures as they relate to the sales organization. Approve and document project price variances. Remove sales barriers for the outside sales organization by resolving customer issues. Prepare for, and attend, key regional and national trade shows and vertical market shows.
