Compelling storyteller: clear, credible communicator to technical and non-technical audiences. Entrepreneurial builder: self-starter, resourceful, thrives in fast, changing environments.

Source, court, and onboard Tier-1 protocols and DeFi primitives. Own integrations end-to-end. Keep bridges, oracles, and core rails healthy, observable, and incident-ready. Track TVL, volume, liquidity, and user activity. Bootstrap liquidity, sharpen UX, and shepherd launches. Build tailored go-to-market plans. Design performance-driven programs, set clear KPIs, measure impact, and iterate. Cultivate LPs, funds, market makers, and trading firms. Channel capital into Fogo-native DeFi.
