Serve as the main liaison for Partners, including government service providers and OEMs. Focus on long-term retention and growth of relationships and revenue within accounts. Deliver exceptional customer service and manage expectations. Champion customer and partner feedback internally. Own forecast and revenue growth within assigned accounts. Clearly communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks. Collaborate with cross-functional groups. Stay current with internal technology, regulatory, and business teams.
