Proven track record of building and executing co-marketing, content, or experiential partnerships that drive measurable brand and business impact. Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with senior brand, agency, and media stakeholders. Creative thinker with deep understanding of consumer insights, cultural trends, and storytelling through partnerships. Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment. Passion for Headspace’s mission and a genuine belief in the power of mindfulness and mental well-being. Experience working in health, wellness, lifestyle, or purpose-driven brands (preferred). Background in media, influencer, or entertainment partnerships (preferred). MBA or advanced degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (preferred).
