Build and own the referral partnership strategy aligned with company revenue goals. Collaborate with executive leadership on partnership forecasts, OKRs, & growth plans. Source, engage, and close new referral partners with high revenue potential. Develop compelling value propositions tailored to each partner segment. Lead negotiations and contract execution with legal and finance. Build scalable onboarding frameworks & documentation to ensure partner enablement. Design & deploy partner enablement programs, including training, collateral, & co-marketing. Build and maintain trusted, long-term relationships with key partner stakeholders. Develop systems for ongoing partner communication, performance tracking, & support. Align with Sales to ensure referral leads are qualified, well-tracked, & properly attributed. Work with Marketing to co-develop campaigns, content, and partner messaging.
