Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in operational trading. At least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong analytical background in trading, risk management, and player psychology. Strong knowledge of sports (Football, Basketball, Icehockey, Tennis). Experience in esports is a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale operational processes. Exceptional leadership and people management skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Fluent in English, Ukrainian, and Russian.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Trading Department for 24/7 coverage. Develop and optimize trading strategies and collaboration processes. Collaborate with Mathematics Team on model development. Work with Platform and BI Teams to advance trading tools. Design and implement motivational systems, financial planning, and cost management. Provide reports and performance analyses to senior management. Communicate with clients on a trading level.
