Own core productivity systems (Google Workspace, Asana, Slack, etc.) as primary administrator. Manage technology deployments and hardware lifecycle, including new hire setups. Lead technology projects to improve organizational effectiveness (e.g., tool rollouts, workflow optimizations). Manage the technology support ecosystem, supervising managed service provider relationships. Drive user experience and training initiatives, creating documentation and running workshops. Model cybersecurity and compliance best practices. Support strategic technology planning and evaluation of new tools.
