Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and day-to-day support via email, live chat, and phone. Answer customer questions about Bloomerang software. Conduct new customer implementations and training. Develop and deliver training webinars. Write and create help documents and videos. Assist with software quality assurance and testing. Provide software design and functionality feedback.
