Requirements:
Minimum of one year customer support experience or equivalent. Must be able to type 40 words per minute. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and teleconferencing applications. Functional use of common office equipment, computers, and office software. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices preferred. Ability to effectively communicate in English.
Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, chats, emails, and messages for customer inquiries and support. Evaluate customer needs to provide solutions and enhance satisfaction. Follow communication guidelines and procedures. Inform customers about products and services. Establish and maintain customer relationships. Collaborate with company teams for a seamless customer experience. Explain billing invoices and procedures. Process customer payments accurately and securely. Update client contact and payment information. Explain construction processes and create complaint tickets. Explain the order process and create orders. Create tickets for service changes (upgrades, downgrades, cancellations). Troubleshoot residential phone, internet, and TV services.
