Senior FP&A Manager

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA a plus. 6–10 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or investment banking. Prior experience at a high-growth company or gaming/entertainment/tech industry strongly preferred. Proven experience leading full budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles. Advanced financial modeling and Excel/Google Sheets skills. Experience with FP&A tools (Abacum a plus), ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), and querying/analyzing data from data warehouses or BI platforms. Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing senior stakeholders. Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

Lead company-wide planning process, consolidating budgets and forecasts. Develop and deliver monthly financial reporting packages. Analyze trends and surface insights from data warehouses and business systems. Support multi-year financial modeling and scenario analysis. Partner with department heads to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Enhance forecasting accuracy and financial processes using FP&A tools and ERP systems. Provide financial analysis for new initiatives, partnerships, and international operations. Prepare presentations for executive leadership and investors.
