FP&A Manager

5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or related finance roles. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations. Experience building and managing budgets, forecasts, and financial models. Advanced Excel (or Google Sheets) modeling skills and strong systems expertise across FP&A and ERP platforms. Experience partnering across functions and communicating financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Strong project management, organization, and communication skills. Familiarity with GAAP, particularly revenue recognition (ASC 606) and fund accounting principles (ASC 958) as applicable to nonprofit organizations.

Support financial management of grants, ensuring budgets and forecasts reflect funder requirements and program goals. Track and analyze spending and funding progress across grant portfolios. Support compliance and reporting needs for grant-related requests. Support revenue forecasting and modeling. Partner with teams to develop, monitor, and refine budgets and forecasts. Contribute to internal reports and presentations for leadership. Identify and implement opportunities to improve financial planning, analysis, and reporting processes.
