FP&A Manager

5+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting (3+ years of experience in a focused-FP&A role) Strong analytical and financial skills; proficient in interpreting complex financial data, forecasting, financial modeling, budgeting, variance analysis, and deriving insights from data to inform strategic decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey goals and intentions in writing, explain solutions easily digestible by a wide audience Ability to translate financial goals into business and operational plans, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement Strong experience with Excel/Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google Slides Experience with FP&A tools (e.g., Adaptive, Netsuite) Experience in SaaS or cloud/subscription business models, a plus Exposure to AWS cost modeling and forecasting, a plus Experience partnering with Product or Engineering teams, a plus

Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the R&D organization Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investments, headcount, and project ROI Analyze and report on R&D spend, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Support the transition to an AI-first strategy by modeling new business scenarios and investment cases Collaborate with broader FP&A and GTM teams to connect financial planning across Sales, Marketing, and Product Provide AWS cost modeling and forecasting support
