Develop and manage annual and long-range capital expenditure budgets. Partner with business units to identify, prioritize, and validate CapEx projects. Prepare consolidated CapEx analysis for entire portfolio. Conduct scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis. Maintain rolling forecasts for CapEx spending. Provide financial input for strategic initiatives. Present CapEx analysis and recommendations to leadership.
