Engage potential customers, understand pain points, and communicate USP to win new business. Collaborate with Marketing to identify customers and provide feedback on leads. Formulate targeted commercial offers based on customer pain points. Manage the full sales cycle, opening and closing new business. Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using CRM (Hubspot). Maintain and expand the sales funnel, track KPIs, and update Senior Management. Collaborate with KYC, Legal, and Product teams for smooth customer onboarding. Work with Account Managers during onboarding to achieve revenue targets and ensure customer experience.
