Responsibilities:
Offer support over multiple channels: live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms. Troubleshoot customer issues. Provide product education. Relay marketing best practices to customers. Partner with customers to help them grow their businesses. Work on special projects. Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience. Proactively educate on best practices. Bubble up suggestions for new product features. Advocate for process enhancements in the CS department.
