Requirements:

Experience in API Support or 3+ years of software development Demonstrated expertise with WebSockets, SQL, JSON, or using third-party REST APIs Demonstrated experience with technical writing Experience with JIRA ticketing systems, GCP logs, and BigQuery are a plus Experience with Java, C++, .NET, and other programming languages are a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Experience troubleshooting complex problems, working effectively across multiple teams Availability for 1st shift hours: 5:00am–2:30pm or 8:00am–4:30pm CST

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to firms through remote assistance calls. Act as a first responder to critical system incidents or outages. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other departments on new product launches. Serve on-call rotation for outages or partner issues. Maintain communication with API vendor development teams and retail API users. Take ownership of cases and follow up with vendors for resolution. Collaborate across multiple departments to meet objectives. Advocate for developers by driving feature requests. Develop and maintain expertise in NinjaTrader’s product offerings and API capabilities.
