Experience in API Support or 3+ years of software development Demonstrated expertise with WebSockets, SQL, JSON, or using third-party REST APIs Demonstrated experience with technical writing Experience with JIRA ticketing systems, GCP logs, and BigQuery are a plus Experience with Java, C++, .NET, and other programming languages are a plus Strong oral and written communication skills Experience troubleshooting complex problems Availability for 1st shift hours: 5:00am–2:30pm or 8:00am–4:30pm CST
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to firms through remote assistance calls Act as a first responder to critical system incidents or outages Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and other departments on new product launches Serve as part of the on-call rotation Maintain communication and support with API vendor development teams and users Take ownership of cases and ensure vendor inquiry resolution Collaborate across multiple departments to meet technical and business objectives Advocate for developers by driving feature requests with Product and Engineering teams Develop and maintain expertise in NinjaTrader’s product offerings and API capabilities
