AI/ML Engineer - Public Sector

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, MLOPS, or systems architecture. 2+ years of experience working with government networks and security requirements. Understanding of government security frameworks (FedRAMP, NIST 800-53, FISMA, DISA SRG). Experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP services for ML workloads. Experience with government cloud offerings (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, etc.). Knowledge of Kubernetes administration (EKS, AKS, GKE). Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi. Python proficiency for ML model development and pipeline orchestration. TS Active Clearance required.

Develop evaluation and assessment tools for AI models. Modify existing models and frameworks for new tasks. Lead conceptualization of model deployment strategies. Lead and optimize distributed ML workloads on government infrastructures. Align AI/ML deployments with government security standards. Create reference architectures and deployment patterns. Translate mission objectives into ML technical specifications. Apply advanced security controls to ML pipelines.
