Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 2–5+ years of experience working with retirement plans, particularly 401(k) plans, or financial services. Experience supporting advisors and/or clients in a retirement plan or financial services environment. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
