Provide day-to-day support for clients and clinicians. Triage calls, emails, and chat messages from customers and internal clinicians. Monitor PACS system for operational SLA targets. Resolve image exceptions and demographic issues within PACS. Track all calls, issues, and tasks in CRM systems. Facilitate provider communication on critical patient findings. Develop radiology application expertise for support. Perform basic troubleshooting for internal software and clinician hardware. Contribute to knowledge base documentation. Maintain communication with team members. Demonstrate ownership of client issues. Adhere to medical compliance policies for data confidentiality.
