Strong experience with containerization, Kubernetes, and AWS EKS. Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications with Helm. Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools. Experience monitoring and resolving incidents in complex enterprise environments. Familiarity with security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, SOC2, etc.). Strong coding skills in one or more of: Go, Python, Bash. Proficiency in image/container hardening and CVE remediation. Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with GitLab and Google Workspaces. Expertise with DevSecOps principles: security automation, continuous security, and cross-functional collaboration. 5–7 years of relevant experience. Certified AWS Solutions Architect. Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA). Experience as a Software Engineer or DevSecOps Engineer. DoD 8570 compliance. Experience working in a startup environment. Knowledge of zero-trust architectures, threat modeling, and secure coding practices. Ability to operate in high-pressure enterprise support environments. Strong interest in matters of national security. Compassionate and direct feedback style, team-oriented, and growth-oriented mindset. Deep understanding of cloud networking. Experience with multiple cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). Active security clearance or ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance.
