Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related domain. Technical proficiency in AI technologies, LLMs, and prompt engineering. Knowledge of collaborative work management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Jira). Strong communication abilities to translate technical concepts into client narratives. Proven interpersonal skills for stakeholder management. Analytical thinker with problem-solving capabilities. Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles.

Develop and implement account strategies with Account Executives to drive ARR growth. Lead pre-sales technical activities and presentations. Craft customized solutions presented as compelling narratives. Support competitive bids by addressing RFPs and conducting security assessments. Manage and nurture relationships with multiple stakeholders. Utilize AI knowledge and prompt design to showcase advanced solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to adapt solutions for enterprise workflows. Ensure solutions are scalable and sustainable.
