Senior AI Solutions Architect

Shipped GenAI solutions in production (not only POCs) Applied frameworks of use for GenAI with clear tradeoffs Strong code sense (Python or TypeScript) Solid grasp of evaluation and setting business-relevant targets Customer-facing communication skills Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering, or related field 6+ years' professional experience in AI, ML, and emerging technologies 3+ years of experience as a technical architect or system/software architect 3+ years of experience hosting and deploying ML solutions Proven experience in architecting, designing, and implementing enterprise-level AI-driven solutions Hands-on expertise with AI and ML frameworks, Azure/AWS AI Stack, LLama, JavaScript, React, and REST APIs Demonstrated experience in driving system architecture development across cross-functional teams Familiarity with leading Generative AI models Excellent problem-solving abilities Exceptional communication skills Experience in responsible AI practices High proficiency in technical writing, presentations, and product demonstrations Strong working knowledge of deep learning, machine learning and statistics AI/ML Expertise Demonstrated with AI/ML technologies (python, LLMs, jupyter notebooks, algorithms, data structures) Certifications in Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services are highly desirable

Own the narrative and outcomes for GenAI solutions Design and build retrieval/agent/fine-tuning solutions Integrate APIs and data sources Stand up evaluations and dashboards Operate independently, running discovery and aligning stakeholders Act as a thought leader by publishing and speaking on GenAI Instrument solutions, measure results, and iterate quickly
