Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 2+ years of experience in a sales support, admin, or customer service role. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Flexibility to work at least 4–5 hours overlapping with U.S. business hours (EST/PST).
