Source and identify candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and outreach tools. Conduct outbound candidate outreach with personalized, persuasive messaging. Screen resumes and conduct initial calls, evaluating skills and candidate motivation. Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines. Partner with recruiters, clients, and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs. Coordinate interviews and support onboarding activities. Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse ATS (or similar). Continuously improve sourcing strategies, outreach messaging, and recruiting processes.
