Manage the end-to-end recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers. Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering an excellent and timely candidate experience. Prioritize and manage multiple open positions across technical and non-technical teams. Maintain excellence across core recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, source-of-hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate/hiring manager satisfaction. Partner with hiring managers in a consultative capacity, advising on recruitment strategy, interview process, and market insights. Use phData’s recruiting tools and systems to manage candidate pipelines, improve operational efficiency, and ensure data accuracy and compliance. Schedule and coordinate all candidate interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and panelists. Collaborate with the TA leadership and hiring teams to align on workforce planning and support talent development initiatives. Uphold and continuously improve best practices across recruitment operations—including job postings, social campaigns, ATS workflows, and candidate communications.
