Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). 1-3 years of experience in outreach coordination, stakeholder engagement, CRM management, or administrative support. Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred) to track stakeholder engagement. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy outreach (preferred). Familiarity with stakeholder engagement strategies (preferred). Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and project management tools (preferred). Spanish fluency is a plus.
