10+ years of progressive business operations or strategic planning experience. At least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Bachelors Degree required; MBA or Graduate degree is a plus. Experience in the blockchain industry with understanding of core principles, technologies, and challenges. Strong background in engineering or product management. Demonstrated experience leading and coordinating cross-functional teams. Proven expertise in strategic project management, resource allocation, and operational process optimization. Track record of leading complex, ambiguous projects successfully. Demonstrated ability to navigate remote-first or decentralized work environments. Experience managing a physical office or facilities.

Synthesize operational data for exec-level reporting. Define communication frameworks and ensure alignment across teams. Lead high-impact special projects. Create and implement strategies for cross-functional operational excellence. Identify business inefficiencies using data and KPIs.
