Sr Project Manager

5+ years of demonstrated track record leading teams delivering end-to-end digital solutions in an agency or product organization. Proven experience delivering web product launches. Previous experience as a Digital/Web Project Manager or in a project management role leading large delivery teams in software development, web technologies and/or ecommerce products. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple client requests with urgency and efficiency. Impeccable organizational skills and ability to shift priorities quickly. Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD, and project management methodologies (agile, hybrid-agile, scrum, kanban). Knowledge of technical concepts and tools (AI, machine learning, data analytics, cloud computing, commerce, platform integrations). Proficiency using project management software tools and collaboration platforms: Jira/Confluence, Google Suite, Miro. Experience leading headless implementations of various platforms (e-commerce, CMS, Loyalty, Identity, Personalization) is a plus. Professional certifications (Agile, Scrum Master) are desirable.

Lead and manage web development projects, coordinating all aspects of delivery. Define and translate client business outcomes and product requirements into roadmaps and project plans. Manage execution against project plans, including team capacity, resource requirements, tracking, reporting, scope control, and risk mitigation. Facilitate regular workshops and meetings for definitions, requirements gathering, prioritization, design reviews, testing, and stakeholder feedback. Employ agile or hybrid-agile methodologies and adapt best practices for efficient project delivery. Track, manage, and report on project budgets, timelines, and resource allocations. Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks, balancing business needs with technical constraints. Act as the primary project delivery point of contact for clients and team stakeholders. Foster a one-team mindset and monitor team morale.
