Deep familiarity with DoD missions; knowledge of Air Force customer domains strongly preferred. 8+ years of directly related Capture and/or Business Development experience in federal contracting. Successful track record of full lifecycle prime business development wins, including unrestricted opportunities and opportunities valued at $100M+. Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing stakeholder engagement from qualification through award. Extensive proposal writing and management experience for both technical and business use cases. Strong presentation, writing, and communication skills, with proven executive-level engagement. Experience with IT initiatives including agile, cloud, IT modernization, cybersecurity, and data analytics. Understanding of federal acquisition strategies, contract vehicles, and budgeting processes, to include knowledge of the SBIR program. Knowledge of a variety of contract types including cost plus, fixed price, award fee, and performance-based contracting. Bachelor’s degree.
