Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field Minimum 3+ years of investment banking or private equity experience Experience with client-facing responsibilities and sell-side transactions Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Experience with Confidential Investment Memorandums (CIMs) strongly preferred Operational experience in business improvement or corporate development desired Sales or business development experience desired Exposure to energy sector or oil & gas service companies desired Experience with technology implementation or process improvement initiatives desired
Responsibilities:
Build financial models and analysis across multiple business entities Support capital raising initiatives and investment decisions Prepare investment memorandums and presentations Monitor and report on portfolio company performance Drive strategic planning and identify opportunities for value creation Implement operational improvements and technology solutions across portfolio companies Build finance and operations functions as the organization scales Work closely with banking partners, lenders, and external advisors Represent the company in external meetings and transactions
