4-6+ years of quota-carrying, B2B software/SaaS sales experience in a closing role. Consultative selling skills, including asking insightful questions and listening intently. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts simply and compellingly. Expertise in identifying key decision-makers and potential roadblocks. Confident and skilled in contract negotiation. Fiercely competitive, highly motivated, and proven track record of exceeding quotas. Organized time and pipeline management with ownership of results. Experience with CX or Contact Centers is preferred. Experience managing complex sales cycles and selling technical products is highly preferred. Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling). Bachelor's degree or equivalent compelling work experience. Recent experience in SaaS or growth companies. Passion for technology, particularly AI.
