Requirements:
4-6+ years of quota-carrying, B2B software/SaaS sales experience in a closing role. Consultative selling skills. Masterful presentation skills. Deal navigation expertise. Elite negotiation skills. Unwavering drive and competitive nature. Organized and accountable pipeline management. Experience working with Customer Experience (CX) or Contact Centers (preferred). Responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle for qualified leads. Conduct discovery calls to understand business challenges. Deliver tailored product demonstrations. Act as a consultative expert guiding prospects. Navigate buying committees and negotiate contracts. Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and provide forecasts. Collaborate with Customer Success for client onboarding. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets. Create new sales plays and refine value messaging.
