Demonstrable experience selling to leadership within Customer Experience (CX), Contact Center, or E-commerce departments. Strong existing network of contacts within the retail industry. Deep understanding of retail operational and financial drivers. Executive presence and credibility with senior leadership. Expertise in value-based selling and building ROI models. Mastery of complex sales methodologies like MEDDICC/MEDDPICC. Proactive, self-starter mindset. Recent experience in SaaS or growth companies. Passion for technology, particularly AI. Bachelor's degree or equivalent compelling work experience.
