Requirements:
Experience in solutions consulting, technical sales, or agency client services. Strong understanding of the Shopify ecosystem (apps, integrations, migrations, and enterprise needs). Responsibilities:
Lead discovery and solutioning conversations with Shopify commerce leads. Collaborate with BD, Solutions Architects, and Delivery teams to craft proposals. Act as the primary point of contact for clients from pre-sale through engagement kickoff. Develop account roadmaps and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure seamless handoff from pre-sales into delivery. Align with Solutions and Delivery leaders to unblock teams. Proactively flag risks and manage expectations.
