Requirements:
4+ years of paid media buying experience with proven results on Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads. Deep understanding of social ad algorithms, bidding strategies, and attribution models. Skilled in data analytics tools and ad platform dashboards. Demonstrated success in scaling ad spend while maintaining strong ROAS. Excellent communication and project management skills. Available to work PST hours. Experience in DTC e-commerce, fashion, or consumer goods (preferred). Familiarity with creative testing frameworks (preferred). Knowledge of tracking tools like Rockerbox, Triple Whale, or similar (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Plan, build, and launch campaigns across Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest, and Rokt Ads. Identify audience segments, creative concepts, and targeting strategies that drive results. Monitor daily performance and adjust in real time to improve ROAS. Run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting. Allocate spend effectively across channels to hit KPIs. Partner with creative teams to produce platform-optimized ads. Work with growth marketing on integrated campaign strategies. Share learnings to improve overall marketing performance.
