International Field Service Representative - Europe

Completion of secondary education Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Service Representative or equivalent Minimum 1 year in or supporting the Ministry of Defense tactical communications Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing) Excellent organizational skills Must be based in Europe Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support Conduct product demonstrations for customers Visit customer sites for technical support and training Troubleshoot failures and abnormal situations in the field Provide feedback to the development team on field failures Help Design Engineers reproduce and troubleshoot problems
