International Field Service Representative – Africa

Completion of secondary education Minimum 1 year of experience as a Field Service Representative or equivalent Minimum 1 year in, or in support of the Ministry of Defense tactical communications with a focus on data networks and radios Proficiency with TCP/IP protocol and networking Basic proficiency in English (reading and writing) Proficiency in French (written and verbal) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Must be based in Africa Willingness to travel to potential conflict areas

Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support Become an expert on Silvus radio and networking solutions Prepare and conduct product demonstrations Visit customer sites for technical support and training Troubleshoot failures in the field Collect and analyze field failures for feedback to the development team Help Design Engineers troubleshoot problems
