Requirements:
Experience in field service, sales, or food retail. Ideally have a commercial training. Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills. Enjoy working with key figures, selling, and enthusiasm for products. Confident in using digital media and contributing new ideas. Possess a driving licence (class B). Willingness to travel. Fluent in Dutch. Excellent in English. French is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and franchisees. Identify new market potential while considering profitability. Drive sales by understanding customer needs and proposing appropriate product quantities and variety. Secure and negotiate optimal locations for promotional materials and activities. Ensure effective in-store product presentation through visual merchandising and promotional materials. Identify and analyze growth opportunities within assigned sales territory. Monitor market trends and competitors. Complete weekly trade reports and forward them to the Key Account Team.
