5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS. Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools is a HUGE plus. BS or BA degree or equivalent experience. Intellectual curiosity and proactiveness. Highly collaborative and able to influence others. Strong organizational, judgment, and decision-making skills. Ability to set and work towards deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create engaging presentations. Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable understanding and reporting data and performance metrics. Confident and dynamic working persona with a sense of humor.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary communication point between clients and internal teams. Identify and execute new client growth opportunities to meet revenue targets. Develop external stakeholder networks to expand client business. Ensure successful client renewals by demonstrating continued value. Stay updated on client portfolios and business challenges to lead account strategy. Support sales team with business development for prospective clients. Collaborate with implementation and operations for smooth client onboarding. Translate client feedback into product insights for product teams. Prepare the team for client interactions and advance relationships.
