Requirements:
5+ years of experience in client services, consulting, or customer success in life sciences, healthcare, and/or technology/SaaS. Experience with Salesforce or other lead generation tools is a plus. BS or BA degree or equivalent experience. Intellectual curiosity and proactiveness to learn and educate colleagues. Highly collaborative with ability to influence others. Strong organizational skills, judgment, and decision-making skills. Ability to set and work towards deadlines. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to create presentations with a cohesive and engaging storyline. Analytical with excellent problem-solving skills. Comfortable understanding and reporting data and performance metrics. Confident and dynamic working persona; sense of humor is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Serve as primary point of communication between enterprise clients and internal teams. Identify and execute new growth opportunities with clients to meet revenue targets. Develop external stakeholder networks and build relationships to expand client business. Enable successful client renewals by demonstrating continued value. Stay updated on client portfolios and business challenges to lead account strategy. Support sales team with business development for prospective enterprise clients. Collaborate with implementation and operations teams for timely client onboarding. Work with product teams to translate client feedback into product insights. Ensure team preparedness for client interactions and advance client relationships.
