Assist in onboarding new clients into the CRM platform. Troubleshoot issues, optimize systems, and ensure a seamless user experience. Track progress on ongoing CRM build-outs and automation projects. Coordinate timelines and deliverables for client CRM setups. Conduct research on features or competitor CRMs. Serve as the point of contact for client questions about their CRM. Manage client communication and provide timely updates or escalations. Prepare walkthroughs, SOPs, or short training videos for clients. Manage email inboxes and calendars related to CRM or onboarding. Organize CRM assets (templates, campaigns, workflows). Create reports or summaries of account performance or engagement.
