2+ years of experience in an Account Executive position. 1+ year of experience managing a complete and consultative sales cycle and closing deals. Experience in Lead generation for B2B in a high-velocity setting (i.e., SaaS, PEO, Fintech). Experience with Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn SalesNavigator, and/or ZoomInfo. Cold-calling experience is required. Hunter mentality with a focus on acquiring new prospects and closing deals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening.
