Technical Solutions Architect

3-5 years in Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, Implementation, or similar technical consulting roles Ability to write and manage technical tickets and documentation for delivery teams Familiarity with APIs, automation logic, and data formats like CSV and JSON Experience working in agile environments Experience using AI tools to drive efficiency, draft technical documentation, create demo content, or solve complex problems Bonus: Familiarity with synthetic data or interactive storytelling in demos Bonus: Completion of AI-focused courses, certifications, or hands-on projects

Lead end-to-end implementation of customer demo and POC environments Participate in agile rituals (standups, sprint planning, retros) Collaborate across customer engineering, solutions, and product teams Help customers craft compelling demo narratives Design fictional companies and user journeys Advise on best practices for demo structure, content pacing, and emotional resonance Configure CRM, support, or comms tools Simulate real user behavior using automation and time-based triggers Leverage AI tools for data generation, ticket writing, and documentation Create detailed technical tickets and documentation Maintain internal knowledge resources
