Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end implementation of agentic AI workflows. Own the entire project lifecycle from kickoff to post-deployment optimization. Identify and mitigate technical, stakeholder, and business risks. Continuously monitor AI Employees' performance and recommend optimizations. Train and educate customers on AI Employee utilization. Act as a strategic advisor to customers to maximize ROI. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify risks to retention. Run business reviews and success check-ins with key stakeholders. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Bridge technical and business teams, translating customer requirements. Manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
