Medical Biller & Coder

Previous medical billing and/or coding experience preferred Familiarity with EHR or billing platforms (e.g., Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth) Basic understanding of insurance processes and terminology Medical billing or coding certification is a plus (CPC, CBCS, etc.) Career changers with strong administrative or healthcare interest welcome Students or recent graduates of medical billing and coding programs welcome Self-motivated and eager to gain real-world experience

Process and submit medical claims accurately Review patient charts and assign proper codes Communicate with insurance companies and providers Manage denied or unpaid claims Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
