Requirements:
Ability to go deep on understanding PostHog's products, including technical details. Commercially-minded with a focus on growing and retaining revenue. Strong customer focus to help users and remove blockers. Good at handling relationships strategically. Experience with developer tools, product analytics, session replay, feature flags, A/B testing, data warehouses, or data pipelines is a plus. Experience owning several customers in the $20k-100k+ ARR range is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Own customer feedback and ensure it reaches the PostHog team. Be hyper responsive and act as an extension of the customer's team. Be an expert on all PostHog products to help customers see value and adopt them. Drive multi-product adoption without forcing tools. Maintain long term relationships and sell new products.
