Requirements:
4+ years in creative strategy, direct response, or performance creative roles. Proven track record managing creative teams (copywriters, editors, designers). Mastery in ideating and launching direct-response video ads (YouTube, Facebook, TikTok). Strong leadership and communication skills; thrives in a high-accountability, fast-paced environment. Experience working with data-driven decision-making and KPIs. Experience working cross-functionally with creative and media buying teams.
Responsibilities:
Own monthly projections for creative concepts, ensuring 95%+ are ideated, scripted, and launched at or under $175 target cost per concept. Lead creative brainstorming to transform client insights into breakthrough ad ideas. Maintain a 20% win rate across all new creative concepts launched monthly. Ensure 50% of testing winners become winners at scale across high-budget campaigns. Lead a team of copywriters, videographers, and designers, ensuring 90% of team members hit their monthly KPIs. Conduct weekly 1:1s, provide coaching, and escalate underperformance within 48 hours. Report weekly performance metrics via Slack by 9:30 AM ET every Monday. Collaborate with media buyers and account managers to align creative strategy with client goals and performance data.
