Process weekly payroll for ~150 hourly technicians, ~50 salaried employees, and ~20 salespeople. Manage commission payouts against draws and sales performance. Maintain and update employee records in Paychex for onboarding and terminations. Adjust pay rates and compensation details. Ensure accurate tracking and application of PTO accruals. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations. Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Operations to resolve discrepancies. Prepare payroll-related reports and audits.
