Senior Project Manager - Construction Technology

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business management, energy, or related field PMI Project Management Professional (PMP), PgMP (Program Management Professional), or PMI-ACP certification 7+ years’ experience as a project or operations manager in the solar or renewable energy industry, heavy construction, or aerospace industry Excellent time management and ability to execute multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication, customer relationship skills, and ability to interact within a team Advanced or expert skill level in MS Suite of software (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) Experience with project management tools and platforms such Cora, Wrike, Katana, Project Insight, Primavera P6, JIRA and other Atlassian tools Experience leading a small team and working with remotely distributed contractors Willing to work in a Hybrid (Home/Office) setup with minimal supervision Willing to travel up to 40% of the time, primarily US-based project sites Master’s degree in a related field (Preferred) Experience and knowledge of PV plant components (Preferred) Familiar with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Preferred)

Manage daily project operations Engage with customers from booking to delivery Develop project plans defining scope, schedule, budget, and resources Manage project lifecycle stages Serve as primary point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams Monitor and control project costs and schedules Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards Ensure projects adhere to regulatory guidelines, industry standards, and company policies Maintain accurate project documentation and report to senior management Lead cross-functional teams Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate on project contracting and negotiation Identify and address process gaps for workflow improvement Collaborate on operational requirements with other departments Maintain understanding of products and services Identify and promote changes in technology stack for operational efficiency Lead project reviews and contribute to lessons learned Serve as the face of Terabase for key customer projects Interface with senior leadership and executive-level customers Partner with sales for expanded services and organic growth Act as a voice of the customer for product roadmap, technical support, and quality Manage customer relationships, including conflict resolution Deliver a customer-centric experience Serve as a mentor for junior Project Managers Collaborate with leadership on operational enhancements Plan and execute cross-functional/cross-team operational projects Provide performance feedback for PMs and lead process standardization working groups
