Manages the direction of construction projects. Supports the development of project guidelines. Initiates communication with clients, contracts, and or vendors. Maintains schedules for construction crews to ensure all projects are adequately staffed. Evaluates job sites to ensure inspection standards are achieved. Assists with contract proposals, development, and approval. Oversees construction progress to determine the status of completion. Reviews inventory, and financial statements to ensure cost containment. Evaluates machinery, tools or other resources to coordinate maintenance, and repairs. Directly work with Construction Project Manger to ensure EquipmentShare’s locations are designed effectively per a quarterly audit of Standard Criteria Plans Must have the ability to be hands-on at your construction sites
