Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years of related experience or equivalent. US Citizenship is required due to project specifications. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Proficient in software like Procore, SharePoint, and MS Project. Certifications such as PE, CCM, NICET, PMP, DBIA are preferred.
Responsibilities:
Complete accountability and direction for entire project from pre-construction phase to completion. Primary liaison between AECOM and client interface. Ensure all project facets are constructed according to design, budget, and schedule. Management of project including budgeting, procurement, design compliance, and contract closeout. Manage projects with varied delivery methods and supervise all operations in large complex projects. Resolve complex issues while achieving quality outcomes and client satisfaction. Develop strategy, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and execute projects.
